Nepal is completely safe for investment: RSP President Lamichhane

Kathmandu. KATHMANDU: Rastriya Swatantra Party (RSS) President Rabi Lamichhane has appealed to the private sector, Non-Resident Nepalis (NRNs) and the international community to invest in Nepal without any hesitation.

He assured one and all that there would be no negative impact on economy and investment climate if new political parties and new faces come to power.

Stating that economic prosperity of the country has been the main agenda of his party, Lamichhane urged the private sector not to be deviated anywhere. Stating that capital and skills of Nepalis living abroad were necessary for the great campaign of nation building, he appealed to the Diaspora to come and work in Nepal. Likewise, he said Nepal is a safe destination for investment.

“We will create an environment where you can work confidently,” he said. You and your investments will be safe in this country, rest assured. There will be no obstacles. You will not be protected by a particular leader or party, the policies of the country will protect you. ’

He pledged to work round the clock on the path of economic prosperity by establishing new standards in good governance and running industries in the country.
