DP Aryal says he will work within the constitution and law after filing his nomination for the post of Speaker.

Kathmandu. Vice-president of the ruling Nepal Socialist Party (RSP), DP Aryal, has filed his nomination for the post of Speaker of the House of Representatives.

Talking briefly to media persons after filing his nomination, Aryal expressed his commitment to work within the constitution and laws.

“We have the constitution and the law. The functions, duties and rights of the Speaker have been determined by the constitution and law. ’

Stating that process to assign the responsibility of Speaker was underway, he made it clear that he would work in favour of the constitution, law, people’s interest and nationality if he gets the responsibility after completing the process. He also said that the work to be done by the legislature would be carried out in a fair manner.

He said, “The responsibility that I am getting is in the process of being decided. If the process is completed and I am in that responsibility, I will do the work of the legislature in the interest of Nepal’s constitution, Nepal’s law, in the interest of the Nepali people and in the interest of nationality. ’
