Traffic police take action against 1,345 people in 24 hours

Kathmandu. In the last 24 hours, the traffic police have taken action against the drivers of 1,34,500 vehicles.

A total of 51 drivers were taken for drunk driving, 71 for driving under the influence of CCTV, and 56 for issuing red beacons in course of checking conducted by the Traffic Police in different parts of Kathmandu Valley till Tuesday morning.

Similarly, action was taken against 142 drivers for speeding, 41 for not wearing horns, 70 for lane crossing, 21 for not being in good condition, 32 for one-way traffic and 861 for others.
