Traffic police take action against 1,173 people in 24 hours

Kathmandu. In the last 24 hours, the traffic police have taken action against drivers of 1,1730 vehicles.

The traffic police carried out checks in different parts of the Kathmandu Valley till Thursday morning took action against six drivers for drunk driving, 80 drivers through CCTV and 55 drivers under red beacons.

Similarly, the traffic police took action against 90 drivers for speeding, 41 for not wearing horn, 44 for lane crossing, 18 for not being in good condition, 35 for one-way traffic and 804 for others.
