Hello Sarkar receives 5,557 complaints in last week

Kathmandu. In the last one week, 5,557 complaints have been received in the Hello Sarkar under the Office of the Prime Minister and Council of Ministers. This information was given in a regular press briefing by the Office of the Prime Minister and Council of Ministers on Friday.

Among the complaints received, 2,379 were sent through the portal while 1,727 were sent to the related places through the portal. Similarly, 2,050 complaints have been resolved through the portal.

Similarly, 754 complaints are being processed through the portal. According to the Office of the Prime Minister and Council of Ministers, 3,178 calls have been received in Hello Sarkar and 2,177 of them have been resolved through phone.
