Salt Trading Corporation declares 10% dividend

Kathmandu. KATHMANDU: Salt Trading Corporation (STC) has decided to distribute 10 percent dividend to its shareholders from the profit of the last fiscal year. The meeting of the Board of Directors of the company held on February 12 has decided to distribute 9.49% bonus shares and 0.51% cash dividend on the current paid-up capital.

The company will pay a total dividend of 10 percent to its shareholders. The dividend will be distributed to the shareholders only after the upcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM) endorses the dividend.

Salt Trading Corporation (STC) has been regularly making profits and providing returns to the shareholders. This time too, the decision to increase the capital through bonus shares and also provide cash dividend has sent a positive message to the investors.
