Kathmandu. According to the preliminary counting of votes in Jhapa-5, Rastriya Swatantra Party (RSP) senior leader Balen Shah is leading by more than double the votes than CPN-UML Chairman KP Sharma Oli. According to the latest election results, Sah garnered 1,478 votes while Oli garnered 384 votes.
Sameer Tamang of Labour and Culture Party came third with 139 votes.
Ruling Nepal Communist Party (NCP)’s Ranjit Tamang got 59 votes while NC’s Mandhara Chimariya got 42 votes.
