Lawmaker Kharel inaugurates liaison office with an aim to end the practice of disappearing after winning the election

Kathmandu. Rastriya Swatantra Party (RJP) lawmaker Jagadish Kharel has inaugurated a contact office near Gwarko Chowk in Lalitpur Constituency No. 2.

The office was inaugurated amidst a special program on Thursday.

After the inauguration of the office, lawmaker Kharel said that the liaison office has been brought into operation with an objective of ending the practice of getting closer to the people during the election and losing the MPs after winning the election. He said that with the inauguration of the office, he will be directly connecting with the people on a regular basis, making contacts and relationships and communicating.

“We have inaugurated the parliamentarian liaison office at Gwarko Chowk to connect directly and regularly with the people, to increase contact relations and to hold talks with the people thinking that the practice of losing lawmakers after the election is over and after winning the election should end,” he said. ’

According to him, a special time has been set aside for the voters of his constituency. People from Lalitpur Constituency No. 2 will be allowed to meet every Saturday from 7:00 am to 10:00 am. Apart from that, others will also be able to meet at that time.

“Every Saturday from 7 pm to 10 pm, we have allocated it only for the people of Lalitpur-2. Now, we will take people’s problems, opinions and suggestions directly. Now MPs are seen, heard and found. ’

He also thanked the voters who made him victorious with a huge margin.
