नेप्से परिसूचक २६ अंकले घट्यो, ६ अर्बको मात्रै कारोबार

Kathmandu. The Nepal Stock Exchange (NEPSE) index decreased by 26.16 points to close at 2,770.26 points.

According to NEPSE, 140,13,167 units of shares of 349 companies were traded for Rs 6.52 billion out of which 151,286 units were traded.

In today’s trading, other groups increased by 0.73 percent while the sub-indices of all other groups declined. Banking sector saw a share decline by 0.84 per cent, development bank by 1.22 per cent, finance by 0.61 per cent, hotel and tourism by 2.56 per cent, hydropower by 1.74 per cent, investment by 0.47 per cent and life insurance by 0.16 per cent.

Likewise, production and processing sector decreased by 2.46 per cent, microfinance by 0.44 per cent, mutual fund by 0.31 per cent and non-life insurance by 0.39 per cent.

The share price of Himalayan Bank Limited Bond 2086 increased by 6 percent today, while the share price of Corporate Development Bank Limited was the biggest loser by 14.99 percent.
