Kathmandu. Yamwaling Hydropower Limited has issued its initial public offering (IPO) today. The lucky applicants were selected through lottery through lottery through the allotment program held at the office of Muktinath Capital Limited, the issue manager of the company.
A total of 1,74,300 applicants have been allotted 10 units each. The company had issued 17,43,000 units of shares to the general public.
A total of 29,82,498 people applied for the company’s IPO. Of them, 44,416 applications were rejected due to various reasons while 2,938,082 eligible applicants were registered. According to the company, the IPO received 18.63 times more applications than the demand, which shows the high interest of investors.
The company had issued an IPO at a face value of Rs 100 per share from April 26, 2083. The IPO result can be viewed on CDSC’s IPO result website, Muktinath Capital’s official website and My Share.
