Kathmandu. Likewise, Rashtriya Swatantra Party (RSP) lawmaker Amresh Kumar Singh has urged all political parties to unite as the state is in crisis.
Speaking at the meeting of the House of Representatives on Tuesday, Singh urged the government through the Speaker to unite all political parties present in the parliament. Lawmaker Singh said that we should move ahead by formulating national issues at the same time.
“Let’s unite all the political parties present in the parliament and formulate the national agenda. This state can survive only if we all come together,” he said.
He also said that they would be able to do politics only if the state and the people were there, urging the people and democracy not to do anything that would end the people.
“Today, our state is in crisis. There is desperation among the people. We can’t survive in this country, we can’t do it, let’s not create this narrative from the parliament,” he said, adding, “I would like to request all those represented in the parliament not to make it a matter of embarrassment.”
If the state and the people remain, we will do politics again. If the people and democracy are destroyed, none of us will be there. Today, the country is in crisis. Today, there is despair among the citizens, let’s not share the despair. ’
He paid tribute to those who died in an attempted self-immolation this week.
