Shree Distillery gears up for IPO issue on October 26

KATHMANDU: Shree Distillery Limited, which is preparing to issue primary shares (IPO) to the general public, has called its Annual General Meeting (AGM). The meeting of the Board of Directors of the company held on September 14 has decided to hold its general meeting on September 12 in Kathmandu.

The meeting will also approve the annual report, auditor’s report and financial statements for the period.

The company has already appointed Prabhu Capital Limited as the sales manager to proceed with the IPO issuance process. Once the proposal is approved by the AGM, the company is expected to complete the regulatory process and proceed with the IPO issuance preparations.
