Floods swept away 66 houses, belongings of 23 houses at risk being shifted

Kathmandu. So far, 66 houses have been completely washed away and 23 more houses are at high risk in Parbat district following the incessant rains since last night. There was no human casualty as the locals were evacuated to safer places on time.

The Kaligandaki river in Jaljala Rural Municipality-8, Farse has completely washed away 66 houses. Another 23 houses are at high risk.

According to the Armed Police Force, the belongings of the high-risk households are being shifted to safer places.
