Nicholas Bhusal files independent candidacy from Rupandehi-2

Kathmandu. Dr. Nicholas Bhusal (Kamal Bhusal) won from Rupandehi constituency no. He has filed his candidacy as an independent candidate for the election to the House of Representatives from Province No. 2 scheduled for March 4.

} Bhusal said that the political parties have not addressed the problems of the youths and they are contesting the election independently.

He said that local issues like converting Lumbini Provincial Hospital into a medical college, controlling Jyotinagar landslide, converting Butwal’s garbage dumped in Tinau River into a seal and managing the market of goods produced in hilly districts have also been included in the election agenda.TAG_OPEN_p_4

In the previous election, Bhusal had contested from the same constituency as an independent candidate, but the Election Commission had rejected it citing lack of qualifications.TAG_OPEN_p_3 This time too, he has said that he will contest the election with the people’s agenda while staying outside the political party.
