Kathmandu. KATHMANDU: Price of gold has reached all- time high in the Nepali market on Sunday.
According to the Federation of Nepal Gold and Silver Dealers’ Association, Price of worked gold is being traded at Rs 2,300 per tola today decreasing by Rs 7,300 per tola. The yellow metal was traded at Rs 3,300 per tola on Thursday.
Similarly, the price of silver also recorded a slight drop today. According to Federation of Nepal Gold and Silver Dealers’ Association, the price of silver is Rs 4,225 per tola today. The price of silver was Rs 5,100 per tola in the previous trade.
Earlier, the price of gold had reached all-time high on January 29. On Thursday, gold had risen by Rs 3,39,300 per tola and silver was traded at Rs 7,305 per tola.
The price of gold has fallen by Rs 45,000 per tola so far. According to market analysts, the price fluctuations in the domestic market are due to fluctuations in the international market and the demand-supply situation.
