Kathmandu. Independent lawmaker of the House of Representatives, Mahabir Pun, has said that the then Prime Minister KP Sharma Oli should be able to accept that wrong was done during the Genji movement
.
। Responding to the queries put forth by media persons on the premises of the Federal Parliament on Tuesday, lawmaker Pun said that the then Prime Minister Oli and the then Home Minister Ramesh Lekhak had not ordered to open fire in the incident.
He argued that the key person should accept the mistake made by the subordinate staff.
“They didn’t give the order to open fire today. But they were the main ones. And it is a pleasure not to know, but when you are the chief, you should have been able to say that someone under you made a mistake, if you did, you should have been gone. I should have said that I will apologize,” Pun said.
If you don’t accept the mistake when you are the person responsible for the mistake, then why should you be the main person? ’
