‘Nepalis have land ownership certificates, but the land is in the use of Indians’: Lawmaker Dhami

Kathmandu. Janak Singh Dhami, a lawmaker from Rastriya Swatantra Party (RSP), said that the people of Kanchanpur constituency-1 have been facing a lot of challenges due to the border dispute and open border.

Speaking in the House of Representatives on Wednesday, he said that although Nepalis have land ownership certificates, the land is still in the hands of Indians.

“The people of my constituency are facing great challenges due to border disputes and open borders. Where Govinda Gautam was also martyred. Nepalis have land ownership certificates. The land is in the possession of Indians. ’

He also said that the Indian side has been obstructing the construction of the Postal Road.
