Manpower companies across the country shut down from Monday

Kathmandu. Nepal Association of Foreign Employment Agencies has announced the closure of all the manpower companies across the country from Monday.

The association has announced to completely shut down all manpower companies across the country from today, saying the government has become indifferent to its various demands.

According to the association, the manpower office has been closed and the entire process of sending workers for foreign employment has also been completely closed from today.

Earlier, the NRNA had stopped issuing labour permit, publishing new advertisements and issuing visa stamping during the agitation phase. The union has decided to shut down its operations completely after the deadline given to send the workers who have already obtained the labour permit has expired.
