Balen submits details of election expenses worth Rs 14.17 lakh to EC

Kathmandu. Senior leader of Rastriya Samajwadi Party (RSP) Balen Sah has submitted his election expenditure details to the Election Commission (EC). Shah, who was elected from Jhapa-5, submitted his election expenses today.

Balen has stated that his election expenditure was Rs 1,417,289. He said that he has spent Rs 293,500 in vehicle fare, Rs 35,000 in airfare, Rs 29,390 for food for voter training programme, Rs 28,970 for lunch and Rs 580,000 for publicity programmes.

The lowest cost is Rs 10,000 for nominations.
