The stock market fell by 12.36 points to Rs 3.89 billion.

Kathmandu. The stock market, which had risen yesterday, has fallen today. The NEPSE index decreased by 12.36 points to close at 2,742.11 points.

Today, except for mutual funds and trade groups, all the indices have fallen. Shares of 188 companies fell today and 72 gained more. Similarly, the shares of 9 companies have not fluctuated.

Shares of Upper Lohore Khola Hydropower Ltd fell by 15 percent today. Overall, shares of Bungal Hydro rose more than 9 percent on the day of the market’s decline.

Although the NEPSE index decreased today, the transaction amount increased. Shares worth Rs 3.89 billion were traded at Rs 3.89 billion compared to Rs 3.82 billion yesterday.
