Rice worth Rs 20.5 billion imported in six months

Kathmandu. In the first six months of the current fiscal year 2082/83, Nepal has spent around Rs 20.5 billion on the import of rice and rice.

According to the data of TAG_OPEN_p_5 the Department of Customs, rice worth Rs 20.38 billion was imported from mid-July to mid-January. Compared to the same period last year, the price had increased by 6.73 percent.
