Kathmandu. Senior leader of Rastriya Swatantra Party (Rastriya Swatantra Party) Balendra Sah (Balen) has been given a grand welcome in Sarlahi. Sah had entered Sarlahi via Bardibas and reached the district headquarters Malangawa via Lalbandi and Harion. He had reached Sarlahi Constituency No. 4 via Kodaina and then he has been heading towards Bagmati via Barhathawa.
