Kathmandu. The 31st session of the second session of the House of Representatives is taking place on Monday. The Parliament Secretariat has made public the probable daily agenda of the meeting scheduled for 11:00 am.

According to the agenda unveiled by the secretariat general secretary Padma Prasad Pandey, proposals for discussion on bills of various ministries and international conventions would be tabled in the meeting.

Minister for Law, Justice and Parliamentary Affairs, Sobita Gautam, on behalf of Prime Minister Balendra Shah, is scheduled to present the ‘Nepal Special Service Act-2042 BS-2083 Bill-2083’. Minister Gautam will first present the proposal seeking permission to present the bill and then the bill will be tabled in the parliament.

Similarly, Finance Minister Dr. Swarnim Wagle will present a proposal in the parliament seeking to send the ‘Nepal Rastra Bank (third amendment) Bill-2083’ to the concerned committee for clause-wise deliberations. Similarly, Minister for Culture, Tourism and Civil Aviation Khadga Raj Poudel is likely to propose to send the ‘Non-Physical Cultural Heritage (Protection) Bill, 2083’ to the concerned committee for clause-wise deliberations.

Minister for Youth, Labour and Employment Ramji Yadav is scheduled to table two proposals related to the International Labour Organization (ILO) in the meeting. According to the Parliament Secretariat, PM Oli will present separate proposals seeking consideration on the International Labour Organization’s Obligatory Labour Convention, 1930 Protocol No 29 of 2014 and the Convention on Labour Inspection 1947 (No 810).
