. KATHMANDU: The Nepali national cricket team is playing its first practice match today for the ICC T20 World Cup. Nepal is playing a practice match against the United Arab Emirates (UAE) in Chennai today. The match will kick off at 5:15 pm Nepali time.
Nepal is scheduled to play its second practice match against Canada on Thursday as part of its preparations for the World Cup.TAG_OPEN_p_7 Earlier, Nepal had played three practice matches each against Sri Lanka ‘A’ team in Sri Lanka and MCA President-XI in India.
KATHMANDU: Nepal has announced a 15 TAG_OPEN_p_6-member squad for the ICC T20 World Cup under the leadership of Rohit Kumar Poudel. Nepal will play all the group stage matches in Mumbai, India.
Nepal is placed in Group C where it will play against England, West Indies, Scotland and Italy.TAG_OPEN_p_5 Nepal will begin its journey to the ICC T20 World Cup against England on February 7.
